FamCom LLC Terms of Use
Last Revised: September 25, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the FamCom website, app, community features, digital products, services, bookings, and subscription plans (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, creating an account, booking a service, purchasing a digital product, or subscribing to a plan, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who We Are and Acceptance
FamCom LLC, an Indiana company, provides family communication, organization, community, informational, digital, booking, and subscription services.
You must follow these Terms and all applicable laws when using the Services. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Services.
In short: These Terms are the agreement between you and FamCom when you use or purchase the Services.
2. Eligibility
People of all ages may use FamCom, but only adults may purchase Services, create paid subscriptions, or enter into service agreements on behalf of themselves or another person.
If you allow a minor to use FamCom, you are responsible for supervising that use and ensuring it is appropriate.
In short: Anyone may use FamCom, but purchases and paid agreements must be made by an adult.
3. Accounts
Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account details current.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for activity conducted through your account. Do not share access in a way that compromises security or violates these Terms.
FamCom may suspend or limit an account when reasonably necessary to protect the Services, users, or community, including when an account is used unlawfully or in violation of these Terms.
In short: Keep your account information accurate and your login secure.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Services to:
-
Break the law or encourage unlawful conduct.
-
Access another person’s account or information without permission.
-
Scrape, copy, or collect information from the Services without authorization.
-
Interfere with the security, operation, or availability of the Services.
-
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Services.
-
Impersonate another person or falsely claim an affiliation with FamCom.
-
Upload or share unlawful, abusive, threatening, defamatory, or infringing material.
-
Use the Services to harm, harass, exploit, or endanger another person.
In short: Use FamCom lawfully, respectfully, and only as intended.
5. FamCom Content
The Services and their original content, design, features, branding, and materials belong to FamCom LLC or its licensors. You may use them only for their intended purpose.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit FamCom content without written permission.
In short: FamCom’s materials are provided for your use of the Services, not for unauthorized copying or resale.
6. Your Content
You may be able to post or upload messages, photos, notes, calendar information, profile details, and other materials (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of your User Content. You give FamCom permission to host, store, display, and process it as needed to provide and operate the Services.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to share your User Content. Do not upload content that violates another person’s rights or these Terms.
FamCom does not actively moderate all User Content. Content may be reviewed or removed when reported or when FamCom reasonably believes it violates these Terms or creates a risk to users or the Services.
In short: You keep your content, but FamCom may display it to the people you choose and may remove content that violates the rules.
7. Community Features
Some community profiles and activity may be visible only to FamCom members. Your visibility may depend on your account, group, and feature settings.
You are responsible for sharing only information you are comfortable making available to the members or groups that can view it.
In short: Community information may be visible to members, so review what you share before posting.
8. Digital Products
Digital products may be delivered through the Services, by download, or through online access. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use a digital product for its intended purpose.
You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publicly display, or share access to a digital product unless FamCom gives you written permission.
Where applicable law provides a cancellation or refund right for digital content, that right applies. Any loss of a cancellation right after access or download begins will apply only where the required consent and acknowledgement have been properly obtained.
In short: Digital products are licensed for your personal use and may not be redistributed.
9. Services and Bookings
Service descriptions, prices, availability, and booking details will be shown when you book.
You may cancel a booking without a cancellation charge up to 7 days before the scheduled service, unless the booking details state a different legally required rule.
FamCom does not charge a no-show fee when you miss a booking. Please cancel or reschedule as early as possible so the time can be made available to others.
In short: Bookings can be canceled free of charge up to seven days before, and FamCom does not charge no-show fees.
10. Subscriptions and Renewals
FamCom may offer monthly and annual subscription plans. The applicable price, billing period, and renewal terms will be shown before you subscribe.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off renewal before the next billing date. FamCom will provide a reminder before each renewal.
Turning off renewal stops future charges. Your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
In short: Monthly and annual plans renew automatically, but you will receive a reminder and can stop future renewals while keeping access through the paid period.
11. Prices, Payments, and Taxes
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
You authorize FamCom or its payment provider to charge the payment method you provide for approved purchases, bookings, and subscription renewals.
FamCom may correct pricing or availability errors and may cancel an order or transaction affected by a clear error. If this happens after payment, FamCom will provide an appropriate refund for the affected amount.
In short: Prices are in U.S. dollars, taxes may be added at checkout, and payment is due through the available payment process.
12. Third-Party Services
The Services may rely on third-party providers for hosting, payments, communications, analytics, scheduling, or other functions. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices.
FamCom is not responsible for third-party services that it does not control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
In short: Some features depend on outside providers whose own terms may apply.
13. Informational Content Disclaimer
FamCom may provide health, wellness, family, organizational, or other advice-type content. This content is for general informational purposes only.
It is not medical, legal, financial, mental-health, or other professional advice and does not create a professional-client relationship. You should consult a qualified professional for advice about your specific circumstances.
In short: FamCom’s advice-type content is general information, not professional advice.
14. Changes to the Services
FamCom may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features, digital products, services, or community functions.
FamCom will not intentionally remove a paid benefit you have already received without addressing any rights you may have under applicable law.
In short: Features may change, but applicable consumer rights remain protected.
15. Service Availability
The Services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical problems, third-party issues, or events outside FamCom’s control.
FamCom does not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability unless a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise.
In short: FamCom works to keep the Services available, but interruptions can occur.
16. Disclaimers and Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis. FamCom does not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, or free of errors.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer warranties, statutory rights, or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
In short: FamCom cannot promise perfect or uninterrupted service, and legally protected consumer rights still apply.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FamCom will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FamCom’s total liability for claims arising from the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to FamCom for the applicable Services during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited, including certain liability for death, personal injury, fraud, willful misconduct, or statutory consumer rights.
In short: The law may limit the types and amount of damages that can be recovered, but mandatory legal protections remain in place.
18. Account Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time.
FamCom may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of a violation of these Terms, unlawful conduct, security concerns, or discontinuation of a feature.
If a subscription is terminated by you, access generally continues through the paid period. Any refund rights required by law remain available.
Sections concerning ownership, User Content, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and general legal terms may continue after termination.
In short: Either side may end use of the Services, while certain rights and responsibilities continue afterward.
19. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, except where applicable law requires another law to apply.
Disputes may be brought in the courts located in Indiana, subject to any mandatory right you may have to bring a claim in another court or under another law.
Nothing in this section limits consumer protections that cannot legally be waived.
In short: Indiana law generally governs these Terms, but mandatory consumer rights still apply.
20. Changes to These Terms
FamCom may update these Terms when the Services, law, or business practices change.
For material changes, FamCom may provide notice through the Services, by email, or by another reasonable method. The updated “Last Revised” date will appear at the top of this page. Where required, FamCom will obtain renewed acceptance before applying updated Terms to continued use or new purchases.
In short: Important changes will be identified, and you should review the revised date before continuing to use the Services.
